Instead of the
typical ab exercise
routines that we see
so often with
crunches, situps,
leg lifts, etc… I
like to give my
readers better
options for
metabolism-boosting
high intensity
workouts that work
their entire body
while also working
their abs.
I’m going to show
you an example today
of one of my
favorite ab workouts
that doesn’t include
any direct ab
exercises at all.
It’s in a tri-set
format (similar to a
super-set but
alternating between
3 exercises).
Here goes:
1a. Renegade
Dumbbell Rows
1b. Front Squats
with Barbell
1c. Mountain
Climbers on Floor

How would you feel
if you discovered
that almost
everything you were
doing with was dead
wrong? Imagine all
the time, money and
effort you have
spent in the gym was
contributing to
building muscle –
the wrong way!
Everything you have
read on building
muscle has left you
with little to show
for your hard earned
efforts…
There are dozens of
muscle building
mistakes that we all
fall victim to which
results in bringing
you progress to a
complete halt. Don’t
be too hard on
yourself, because
like all things in
life, building
muscle is a learning
process. That does
not mean you must

Obesity…even being
overfat… is a
disease.
No, really.
At least that’s what
several social
groups wish you to
believe. “Suffers Of
Obesity” is just one
of those groups.
Their entire stance
is obesity (which,
btw, can be only
30lbs or so over
your ideal
bodyweight) is an
actual disease.
Well, is it?
Yes… and no.
Comedian Ricky
Gervais has a
hilarious go at this
stance… that obesity
is a disease. You
sometimes have to
laugh, you know? ; )
“No… it’s not a
disease… it’s greed.
You just love to
eat,” or so Gervais
believes.
Well, in my first

It is quite
difficult to decide
which fat loss diets
to follow, as the
number of the
dietary plans
increased
significantly during
the past few years.
Low calorie and low
carbohydrate diets
seem to provide
results only for a
short period of
time. However, this
does not mean that
those diets are not
effective. Consuming
fruits and
vegetables instead
of junk food and
whole grain bread
instead of processed
white bread will
always be beneficial
to your body.
Vegan diets have
many beneficial
effects and fat loss
is only one of them.

Flexible
intermittent fasting
is becoming a very
popular way to use
your body’s natural
ability to burn lots
of fat in a short
period of time.
Here is a list of
the ways that
flexible
intermittent fasting
will turbo charge
your fat loss.
1. Increases
Hormones
Hormones are usually
at the root of most
of your metabolic
functioning, and fat
burning is no
different. Growth
Hormone is the most
important fat
burning hormone in
your body. Fasting
pushes growth
hormone production
into high gear and
this makes your fat

start to work
overtime. Fasting

His or her body
always has something
that they hate about
it. We are always
wanting to change
something since we
are never happy with
ourselves. The
upper arms are one
of the areas of the
upper body that many
women are unhappy
with, I have found.
Many women are
asking the question,
“How do I get rid of
arm fat and firm up
my arms?”
If you are wanting
to get rid of arm
fat and firm up
those flabby arms
then you are going
to need to get under
the layers of fat
that you have in
your arms. Arm fat
for most women and
even some men is
generally on the
underside of your
arm. Wave your arm

There are two common
fitness goals – to
gain muscle mass and
to lose body fat.
Unfortunately, for
the most part, the
two goals are at
opposite ends of the
spectrum.
is going to require
you to take in a
surplus of calories
because, well, let’s
face it, you can’t
build muscle out of
nothing (unless of
course you have some
chemical help going
on).
on the other hand is
going to require you
to be in a negative
calorie balance
because that is what
will get your body
burning off
additional body fat
as fuel for its
tissues.

accomplish both

questions wondering
if it’s a scam or a

because you have to

is very intriguing.
It’s getting harder
every day to
distinguish the
legitimate fat loss

ones that are
nothing but scams,

Have you ever wanted
to lose weight, but
you don’t know where
to start? You should
look into a 1500
calorie diet.
If you are eager to
get rid of extra
weight there is one
thing you should
learn first. To burn
fat, you should burn
off more calories
than you take in.
This is a proven
scientific fact. If
you really want to
lose weight then you
either must exercise
regularly, or cease
the amount of food
you take in. The
majority of people
hate to exercise, so
going on a 1500
calorie diet may be
what you have been
looking for.
This diet is exactly
as its name goes,

Sounds crazy right?
Well, check this out

why it’s not so far

First, one fact that
you may have not

there are certain
chemicals in our
food supply and in
our environment,
such as pesticides,
herbicides, and
petrochemicals that
have an estrogenic
effect inside our
bodies. This
problem can increase

men and women, so
pay attention.
These are called
