Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao Visits Binmaley28 January, 2012 The town of Binmaley, Pangasinan, Philippines is celebrating the Sigay Festival, Fluvial Parade the three (3) newly construct added attraction of the town has been inaugurated by the father of Binmaley Mayor Lorenzo “Enzo” Cerezo together with Governor Amado Espino, Representative Congressman Leopoldo Bataoil, Vice Governor Jose Ferdinand Calimlim, Jr. and “The Fighting Congressman”, “People’s Champ” Representative Congressman Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao.

The Centennial Park of Binmaley, Pangasinan was built in 1990 to commemorate the 400th (1590 – 1990) foundation day anniversary of Binmaley, Pangasinan then under the mayorship of Hon. Brig. Gen. Velerio Cerezo Perez, Sr. (Ret.). In 2011, the municipal government led by Hon. Mayor Lorenzo “Enzo” Cerezo and the Sangguniang Bayan Memebers or Municipal Councilors, Decided to beautify and renovate the centennial park with it’s other name, Triangle II, but lack of funds delay the project. The Centennial Park was fully completed after the Cerezo-Bangsal Family shouldered it’s funding. Thanks the the Cerezo-Bangsal Family.
