Anthony Ciccone has long been known as the family outcast, and claims that nobody in his family would care for at least six months if he died or disappeared. That must be true since his sister is one of the richest people in the world, while allowing her own family to live in homeless shelters.It's strange that one of the richest people in the world has a family member that is struggling in this way when giving to charity is one of those things rich people do to save money on their yearly taxes. She must really hate him if she's not even willing to lighten her tax load for him.
