It's just not normal when 9 year-olds want to kidnap and kill Belle Carter, their teacher. Kids from Centre Elementary School, in Waycross, Georgia were well prepared for their mission. They had the equipment and all were given roles from keeping watch, to whipping up blood. Apparently the ringleader was angry with the teacher because she told her off one day.The kids had a stake knife, tape, handcuffs, paperweight. They planned to know the teacher out with the paperweight, tie her up with the tape and stab her with the knife. Their plan was foiled when another pupil saw the knife in the ringleader's
Metro states, two girls (9,10) said they saw Joan Donatelli (59) dipping a pen cap into a plastic bag filled with white powder, then putting it to her nose.Police then found traces of white powder in the classroom and confronted the teacher at her home in New York. She handed over a small bag of powder and two pen caps and admitting to using cocaine in front of the children."She stated that she had a problem, that she had an addiction, something she's been struggling with."She is retired, and acts as a substitute.
