Kevin Federline Keeps the Kids, Britney Can Visit

A court ruled Wednesday that Britney Spears can have visits with her two sons.

Federline attended the hearing but Spears did not. Her attorney, Sorrell Trope, did not speak to reporters.

Court spokesman Allan Parachini indicated Spears would be allowed monitored visits every other day.

Kaplan said Spears' attorney argued for withdrawal of the order that gave temporary custody of the boys to Federline.

Federline, 29, and Spears, 25, were ordered back to court October 26 for another hearing.

Shops track customers by tapping into cell phones

We are being monitored when we go shopping and to the toilets. A system in Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth shows what shops and toilets we visit by signals given off out cell phones. They don't need any permission as their technology does not capture our personal information. Gunwharf operations manager Peter Emery said that this technology will help them learn which toilets and shops are most popular. This remind me of sci-fi movies when people has implanted chips and were tracked everywhere they went only in our case those chips are cell phones and we choose to care them with us.
