A promising 13-year-old gymnast has been found hanged in her bedroom.

Kelsey, which was described as a bubbly and hard-working girl, was discovered by her stepfather on Sunday afternoon, when she failed to respond to calls for her to come to the dinner table Mark Winter, 30, went to check on her.
