Food preparation is not only affected by the right choice of ingredients and accurate execution of cooking procedures, more importantly, storage of cooking equipment and properly kept fixtures are another consideration. Say, the pots and pans must be stacked inside a clean kitchen pantry cabinet as these dark areas are susceptible to be breeding places of roaches. Never forget to rinse the pans before using it especially they were stored for a long time. Every night, the stainless steel kitchen sink must be left thoroughly washed to avoid accumulation of bacteria from small food scraps stuck onto it.

Keep the drainer free from any junk. Kitchen chair pads must be washed to keep it from bugs. Best, if you could replace once it reached its wear and tear capacity. Leftover food must be kept in an airtight sealed container inside the refrigerator. Never leave the condiments open as these attract unwanted pests in the kitchen. Fruits must be consumed in a short period of time if not placed inside the refrigerator.

Nutritious foods do not involve mere nutrients that your body can absorb from consuming these items but you also have to be cautious on how to keep these away from bacteria that may cause harm to your family’s health.
