Interested beta IE9 satisfy Microsoft
Microsoft’s new master browser, Internet Explorer 9 beta apparently got pretty good response. In the first two days of launch, IE9 Beta downloads as many as 2 million times by internet users.
Microsoft also feels IE9 Beta can be categorized as successful. At least download the recorded numbers are higher when compared to Internet Explorer 8 Beta.
“The initial reaction to IE9 big enough. In the first two days, two million people worldwide IE9 Beta download. As of comparison, when IE8 was released in August 2008, there were 1.3 million downloads in five days,” wrote Roger Capriotti, Director of Marketing of Internet Explorer
Beta IE9 indeed received a positive response; especially its UI is minimalist and not complicated. In addition, the browser is also pretty fast compared to some rival browsers.
Capriotti said they were satisfied with the initial response to the IE9 Beta. He and other Microsoft partners pledged to make IE9 better.
