HOW TO CREATE HAPPY SCHOOLS TO LEAs’ DIRECTORS AND INSPECTORS

As one of the great efforts to accelerate Thailand’s Educational Reform, the Education Ministry’s Basic Education Committee by Dr.Chinnaphat Bhumirat, Secretary General, and Ms.Wepa Osapharom (5th from left) ,Director of Electronic Monitoring and Evaluation; congratulated Dr.Virachai Techavijit ( 4th from left ), founder and chairman of The Regent’s School, on the successful presentation on the topic “ How to develop Quality Education & Quality Schools” at the Annual Seminar of The Education Ministry’s Basic Education Committee. More than 420 directors and inspectors from 182 Local Education Authorities (LEA) from all over the country attended the seminar at Adriatic Palace Hotel, Bangkok. The seminar’s objective aimed at enhancing knowledge and understanding on how to create happy schools, a key factor to the success of Thailand’s Educational Reform.

This 3-hours lecture by one of the most successful private educationists reflected well the constructive cooperation between governmental and private sectors in reinforcing the useful worldwide knowledge and sharing valued experiences which will strengthen Thailand’s educational reform right on the target and efficacy as well as international quality standard.
