How to boot to DOS using a USB Drive
This is for everyone that ever had a problem flashing their motherboard bios, graphics card bios, any bios at all or firmware. Well......Here is the fix to that very problem.

Creating A Bootable USB key to DOS.
Make sure all removable drives are unplugged from the laptop/desktop before starting this procedure. Now the first thing you are going to do is download the HP USB Disk Format Tool from the appropriate link below. After this is done you will download the windows98bootdisk from the appropriate links below as well. This is what you'll need.
A 1GB + Flash Drive or Pen Drive.

Windows 98 Bootable Image: Download Here.
Now that you have everything you need! You will begin by installing the HP USB Disk Format tool. Once done, you will run it and do as I do like the screenshots below.
Step 1: Create a new folder on desktop and name it USB DOS BOOTABLE. Click on Both links and download the .zip files into the folder you just created.
Step 2: Install HP USB Formatting Tool. Then Unzip the Win98SystemFiles to its own folder withing the folder you previously created.
Step 3: Insert the usb drive that you would like to make bootable and proceed to the next step.
Step 4: Run HP USB Formatting Tool......
