She got together with web designer son and set up www.dogstogether.com.

Liz said: "Like any dating service, if you are meeting other dog owners for the first time, do so in a public place or take someone along with you."

"The original idea was for a website on which people could put a profile of their dog if they were wanting to breed from it, and were looking for a suitable match."
