Grow Strawberries in Strawberry Pots and A Coffee Cake Easy Recipe

Despite the fact that I'm extremely busy with my angeling duties, I managed to find time to build to new Squidoo lenses.

The first one is a coffee cake easy recipe that has become a tradition in my family: there's no birthday party without this famous cake! Basically made out of Petits Beurres biscuits, coffee, coffee aromatised butter cream and sugar it's a 30 minute work involved cake that doesn't require any cooking time.

My grandmother used to prepare the cake for my mother and aunt's birthdays, she made it for my cousin, my sister and my own birthdays, we even sometimes ate coffee cake also known as Petits Beurres cake as yule log on Christmas time - and also for the New Year dinner.

Nowadays, my son prepares this cake as dessert - the advantage is that the cake remains good to eat for an entire week if placed in the fridge. I thus decided to take pictures of him working on this coffee cake easy recipe and built a Squidoo page on it.

The other Squidoo lens that I built recently - actually yesterday - is a lens that details how to grow strawberries in strawberry pots. I started growing strawberries in pots last year - it was a test and since it was a successful one, I decided that this year, I'm going to buy some additional containers and keep growing strawberries in pots.

Oh, this won't prevent me from keeping growing strawberries in the garden - but I like to have these nice strawberry pots in the patio and would like one or two other ones to balance the overall decoration; I'd also like to have a strawberry pot in the kitchen and one or two hanged pots in the veranda.

Hope I won't forget to take pictures of my strawberry pots and share them through this lens so that I can keep update the grow strawberries in strawberry pots page over the year and keep it fresh!
