Google Verification GMail Scam1

I don't know if this is for real but it really looks like a fake email from GMail. Look at the logo of GMail. Though it has similar colors as the original GMail has, it is not the original logo that GMail is using. Also, if this is really legitimate, why do they have to ask me to supply them my Password and Location?

Anyone received the same email?
