    • *** BUYERS BEWARE *** FOCALPRICE is notorious for NEVER sending the order you place. They do their best to hold on to the money you paid until you file a claim with PAYPAL or CHARGEBACK on your credit card. They are based in China and tell US buyers that the shipment will take a few weeks... that's part of the scam. NOTHING EVER ARRIVES. The low prices are pointless if they never ship anything to you. Don't waste your time on money on FOCALPRICE.

    • THEY RIPPED ME OFF BY SENDING A 2GIG MICRO WITH A SD ADAPTER INPLACE OF THE 16GIG PRO DUE MEMORY I ORDERED. THEY WANTED PICTURES OF THE WRONG MEMORY SO I SENT THOSE TO THEM. THEN THEY REQUESTED ME TO SEND BACK THE WRONG MEMORY ON MY DIME WHICH I DID. NOW THEY CLAIM THEY DID NOT GET THE WRONG MEMORY BACK. I AM OUT MY 50.90 PAID AND I AM OUT THE MONEY PAID TO SEND THE WRONG MEMORY BACK AND I AM OUT THE TIME INVOLVED PICTURE TAKING. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH ON THE NET!!!

    • If you check resellerratings.com, FOCALPRICE is basically scoring 2/10 which is very poor. There are many people who lost $20, $50, $100 and the only happy customers were the ones who spent 1 cent for the IPOD cover. It's really quite a headache to deal with them. You have to just hope PAYPAL will protect you on those purchases. I learned my lession the hard way. My only hope is that honest consumers avoid FOCALPRICE to save themselves from losing money and/or time. I also hope sites that promote deals refrain from advertising their sales.

    • i am using FOCALPRICE for dropshipping.I never regret it. * it happens to me that my customer did not receive the item,i ask FOCALPRICE about it and they re-send the order again. * if they can't give my order they sent back my payment to my paypal again.

    • Focalprice is a complete fraud. They only got $1.98 out of me for an ipod international charger adapter, but they took the money, never shipped the item, and quickly disappeared. At best this is a crapshoot. At worst the positive reviews are shills. Caveat emptor.

    • i was using focalprice as a dropshipper on ebay ...very very bad idea they dont ship your orders in a timely manner they ship defective merchandise very ry often then when you mail it back they say they didnt get it ... they have horrible customer service they act like they cant speak english ...they will tell you stuff is in stock and then a month later refund you because its out of stock (only after you complain for the last 3 weeks) they just suck stay away from these idiots they are a scam

    • ok for all of you that think focalprice is bad, it's not. none of the bad things that happened to you happened to me. they must have made their customer service better because if i have a problem, i send in a ticket and they respond within 24 hours every time. fc has amazing customer service. i use their drop shipping service also for my website and on ebay. everything has gone smooth and nothing has gone wrong. the only downside to fc is the long shipping time. takes between 10-15 business days to receive something from them. this site by far has the best and fastest customer service.

    • There's nothing wrong with long shipping. It's a major problem when NOTHING ever arrives. That's when something is serious wrong and when you should start considering to go to more reliable merchants.

    • Actually, I have experienced with several sites like FP www.dealextreme.com The most famous site in China, selling a lot of cheap items www.kaidomain.com A little like DX but not so famous like them www.dealperfect.com It is said that some people in this site come from DX, I don't know exactly. www.popbuying.com A lot of Magic Cubes and some thing like DX, good customer service, but not a big enough site for me. No perfect site, I think, you can choose your favorites.

    • I do not believe you, i have bought over 30 items , from 2.36$ to 75.48$ and all came in 3 weeks or so, so i am very pleased.. In adition i have asked for money back 2 times because of a defective item and they sent to me more than i spent 0.43$ so, where is the scam?

    • In that case, I DO NOT believe you. You must be working for them or in the same country. Ordered almost a $100 worth of items, never received, bad customer service. Tell me what I have experienced is a lie.

    • I REALLY do not recommend buying from them... I got four network cards (sku CD027X). The information on their site claimed these cards support "gigabit" ethernet. When I testsed them it turns out the cards can only work at 10 & 100Nbps, NOT 1000Mbps. They seem to have noticed the error on their site and corrected it. now it says its a "10/100" card I asked them to refund the full sum but although they admited their mistake they where not willing to refund until I returned the cards on my expense! They offered several partial refunds but I'm not going to pay for their mistake! Their auful customer service kept asking me to "kindly send back the items for a full refund" and ignored the fact that the shipment costs more then their worth! I urge you not to get involved with this site. there are other sites that offer the same products for the same prices, and I had a much better experience with them (dealextreeme for example)

    • I found www.formydeal.com have many goods same as focalprice, even the descriptions and pics, perhaps it is a new one, sample, but the price is lower, response speed is good also.

    • Focalprice is a very good store. I buy from them since 2008, thousands of order shipped out smoothly, though some time meet problem, but their service team is prefect, always solve quite fast. In my experience, their service improved very fast since 2010,actually in 2008 and 2009,the service some times slowly.Now resellerrating score is very high: http://www.resellerratings.com/store/FocalPrice

    • iam reading alot of crap comments about fP.i being doing bussines wuth fp for the last two months and so far so good only one problem i ordered one micro sd card and i think was out of stock and took almost 10 days to finally send the item costumer service was excelent less than 24 hour answer. and i seen that they are shipping the items very quickly 1 and 2 days later. and finally i have ordered from deal extreme and they suck they ship the items almost 7 days later iam getting piss about deal extreme shipping i sendthem a letter asking why they took so long for shipping and 30 days later no answer from them. ps sorry about my spelling iam hispanic.
