A photo is going around the web called "the last photo by Michio Hoshino",a world famous wildlife photographer who was killed by a bear.
It is claimed that before he was killed he took a last photo. In reality there was no last photo, it's a fake. Michio Hoshino was indeed killed by a brown bear in 1996.
