Rather than taking it easy in the final stages of her pregnancy, Jessica Alba is all about staying active. And after her fanatical workout routine during her first trimester, it’s no wonder.

The “Dark Angel” babe was spotted making her way around the Farmer’s Market in Brentwood, California along with her fiancé Cash Warren.

And given her burgeoning baby bump, it’s no surprise that she let her studly beau do all of the carrying and lifting. At several points during their shopping excursion, Jess looked rather uncomfortable, sporting a light blue maternity dress underneath a navy blue cardigan.

As for her Barack Obama endorsement, Alba is finding herself in good company. With Will Smith and Oprah Winfrey already backing Obama, Tom Hanks recently pledged his support for the Democratic Presidential Candidate.
