Okay, so this pertains more to the USA but maybe others in other places can relate to this. Why do people care whether Britney Spears shaved her head, how much of a party girl Lindsay Lohan seems to be, and about Angelina Jolie's adopted child. Why do we hold celebrities in a much higher esteem and care about what they do? I mean, if you knew me, you wouldn't care about the same information. So why is this information front page news? Is it news because they get paid so much? If sports players were paid minimum wage, would we care about anything they do? We are all human beings, celebrities
I guess a friends is someone who is close to you, someone who cares about you, who you care about, who trusts you and you trust him/her/it(and why not?)
