| For the past couple weeks I have been trying a new method of stress control. This is a computer program with sensors that you attach to your fingers that monitors your pulse and heart rate. Biofeedback using the program The Wild Divine, in other words. I have been wanting this program for a long time, since a Life Coach in my area did a demo, but had no justification to buy it until my doctor, when I asked her what I could do to control stress, recommended biofeedback. The last week has been stressful with work. I am a caregiver, and I also have to interact with my client’s family. They

| I used to get 400-600 ad impressions a day consistently here, and had about 6.9% of the advertising shares. But now it is hardly showing any impressions, and it says Ads Available: 0. Ads used: 636486. I was wondering what was going on. Even after posting the other day, I only got 4 impressions. But where it showed % of the shares has disappeared. I am assuming changes in the site? It, however, is not going to be worth my time to post just to get 4 impressions.

| Here is an interesting blog I found where someone recorded themselves sleep talking and you can listen! http://dansleep.blogspot.com/People who have slept in the same room as me claim that I talk in my sleep. Now that I am wanting to keep track of dreams using a voice activated tape recorder, I am going to find out what I say when asleep. The first time I found out how much I moan, and that the alarm really did go off after an hour nap, and that I never heard it.I slept nearly three hours for the nap. The most intelligible thing people say I have said in my sleep is the phrase "rip up grass

| I went out to my car today to pick up my paycheck and my driver's side window was broken out completely. I find Halloween to be a social menace, and personally, offensive due to the grotesque themes. Eggs and toilet paper and scarescrows falling out of trees when a person drives away is one thing, but people messing with my car, which is how I get to work to make my living, is where I have to draw the line. People who would wreck other people's things if they aren't given candy are spoiled brats, and ought to be spanked!
If you like Halloween, why do you like it? And do you do pranks like

| I was looking at a magazine at work which had celebrities in it., including, of course, Britney Spears. All I could think is, thank goodness I am not a celebrity. What is it about them that compels them to wear dorky clothes a lot of the time anyway? Life is good and I am happy just being an ordinary citizen. Live it up! :-)

| I just joined Netflix, which is a DVD rental club available to me where I live. It's pretty cool because you can get movies mailed to you at home, and send them back in a postage paid envelope. Growing up, we did not watch TV, and only started seeing a few movies when I was a teenager, and they were all family-type conservative movies. As a result of my background, I seem to many people to not be living on the same planet. While there's a part of this I want to keep, I want to be able to relate to others more. Which movies do you most highly recommend and why?

| Terrestrial volcanoes appear to have contributed to the rise of oxygen in Earth's atmosphere more than 2 billion years ago. The atmospheric shift, which allowed life to flourish, had long been attributed to ancient bacteria. The change in Earth's atmosphere occurred about 2.5 billion years ago. And the bacteria theory has long been problematic, because fossilized cyanobacteria first appeared 200 million years earlier. Scientists wondered why they took so long to fill the atmosphere with oxygen. The answer appears to be that underwater volcanoes were undoing their work. To put the story together,

| Jupiter's long-standing reputation as a shield that protects Earth from comet and asteroid impacts has been cast into doubt, new research says. Many astronomers have theorized that the gas giant's gravity deflects possible impactors, making Jupiter one of several factors that made life on Earth able to develop undisturbed. But it turns out that if Jupiter didn't exist, some of those cometary invaders wouldn't approach Earth in the first place. That's the early result of new computer modeling work by Jonathan Horner and Barrie Jones from the Open University in Milton Keynes, England.
