AcceptanceThe tears they fall down like rain
At the slightest thought of your name.
From these thoughts I cannot refrain.
They plague my brain, driving me insane.Long ago there was something so true.
Now false ideals are all I have of you.
Gray skies have now replaced all that was blue.
Though it is through, I'm left without a clue.Must I accept that there is no turning back?
Is there no hope in fixing all that we lack?
If only there was separation from lies and fact.
Fallen off track, slipped through the cracks.I shall never see your face again.
I will never know the places you have been.
I will never hear your laughter or see your grin.
For it has come to an end, no longer a friend.
