I think negative comments or raising problems one is having

I don't even mind if someone (lots of people) have one, long-running, problem/issue and keep coming on and letting others know what's going on (or voice their own challenges with it).

There's a point, though, where things can turn from being legitimate, honest, sharing of stuff that's going on (including challenges and problems) into being unproductive, useless, boring, and "life-sucking" to others (who may or may not already be dealing with their own kind of dissatisfaction/concern and who really don't need anyone else working against their efforts to deal with his own version of the same issue(s) or deal with his own, different, set of challenges.
