This is new feature from Google, called My Location. It tells you where you are without using GPS. All you need to do is send a signal to Goodle and it will pint point your location. This is just a beta version. But the fully functional version isn't far away.

Average donation amount composes 5-10 dollars. The creators of the website claim that the expenses for Wikipedia's support are high enough - 200000 dollars were spent to pay for hosting in 2005-2006.
