Xanapus` Lair (190 posts)
This is my little place on the internet where I like to talk about products, services, tv shows, movies, what's in the news and just whatever crap is happening in my life at the time.
If you get a chance go look at my blog because even though I don't have many posts here on YouSayToo, my blog has over 1100 posts on it. You might be more (or less) interested by what you see there.

Ok. The Spine
Institute just
called and told me
that what the doctor
told me the other
day was that I have
Degenerative Disc
Disease. Well, I
looked it up and
it's not a disease
at all. Here is a
quote from the
website linked
above:
"A large part of
many patients’
confusion is that
the term
“degenerative
disc disease”
sounds like a
progressive, very
threatening
condition. However,
this condition is
not strictly
degenerative and is
not really a
disease:
Part of the
confusion probably
comes from the term
"degenerative",
which implies to
most people that the
symptoms will get
worse

I finally went to
the Spine institute
yesterday for my
back. I’m
kinda disappointed
because I went
through so many
months of pain and
now I’m not in
any pain and I was
kind of expecting to
have something done
but since the pain
is gone temporarily
for some strange
reason they
can’t and
won’t do
anything to help my
slipped disc in my
spine.
Ok so the pain
begins in July
(I’d say on
the 19th?) and I had
nonstop pain 24/7
until last month in
February 2010 when I
bought my
suspenders. I
don’t know why
the pain is gone but
I mentioned that to
the doctor and they

Ok so I was watching
this video from
MikeysMail on
YouTube where he was
using one of those
long Looms to make a
baby’s blanket
and he was using a
pen tube as a tool
to thread the yarn
around the pegs. I
thought it was cool
and I wanted to try
it but I
didn’t want to
commit to a huge
project so I just
used a spool loom
(the side with 5
pegs).I found that
it was a neat idea
to use a pen but I
think that
it’s better to
use that when you
are using the bigger
looms lol. The
spool loom is
probably best done
by hand. I used the
pen with a few
rounds but then I
got bored with it.I
wasn’t

I went to Western
Dental last month
with a routine
appointment and
found out that
Medi-Cal won’t
pay for anything
anymore except
extractions. Well,
they didn’t
tell me that last
year when I made the
appointment. The
appointment was to
see me in 6 months
for a checkup. I
had an emergency
extraction in
January and they
told me that
Medi-Cal had already
paid for other work
that I needed and I
said that I had an
appointment in a
month anyway so they
said ok fine, come
in for that work
that was already
paid for when you
have your
appointment.
So as I said, I went
in and they told me
that

I just saw this on
Web Soup. This kid
saw another kid
having his tooth
pulled by bow and
arrow and said that
he wanted his first
tooth to be pulled
in the same way so
his mother pulled
out her trusty and
very expensive
looking bow
and obliged her son.
Here it is.

School prom off
after
lesbian’s date
request –

CBS 29 / Fox 58
A school district
in Jackson Miss.
canceled their prom
this year because of
a simple request
from 18-year-old
senior Constance
McMillen who simply
wanted to attend
prom wearing a
tuxedo with her
girlfriend as her
date. They canceled
the prom… are
you serious? They
couldn’t
prevent her from
attending because
the ACLU had stepped
in to say that
it’s against
her civil rights so
you have to let her
attend so they
thought well screw
her, we’ll
just cancel the
whole thing, see who

When I was a child
in the 70’s I
remember being
driven to the gas
station with all of
our bikes to have
air put in the tires
for .10 cents and it
would not only fill
both tires in 4 or
more bikes but the
compressor continued
to run long after
you left.
When I was a
teenager in the
80’s I
remember walking to
the 711 with a flat
tire to refill it
with air for .25
cents and the air
compressor continued
to run and the car
waiting for me to
finish was able to
fill all of their
tires on my quarter.
Today we had to go
to Sears for a new
water heater and it
was too heavy to
lift so we needed

Chip bought a
46″ TV from
Sears the day before
Christmas because
he’s wanted
one for such a long
time. Everyone we
know has HDTV and
all the new shows
are widescreen so
it’s natural
to want a new one
right? It’s
nice to have the
latest technology
and not be so out of
the loop.By the way
if someone does a
google search for
it, it’s a
Toshiba 46XV645U
model.So right away
within the first
week there was an
issue with it. It
has this electronic
sound, sort of like
the Daleks in Doctor
Who. Right away we
thought that it
might be the cable
boxes so we swapped
boxes. Then we

Earlier today I
posted about how
Chips computer died,
well you can add
mine to that. All
of a sudden it shuts
down. You can turn
it on then in a
minute or so it
shuts down again.I
think Chips computer
needs a video card,
I know he needs a
new monitor.
I’ve had this
same issue with my
computer before so
I know it’s a
memory
issue.So…
video card, monitor
and ram… I
need to lay down
now.I can still blog
on my PSP but it
takes forever. So
much for carpel

Chips computer
finally died today.
I don’t really
know what the
problem is so I
can’t say that
it died but I have a
feeling I MIGHT know
what the problem is
but until we get
some money
it’s going to
have to sit there
and wait for repair.
I built it in 2002
when my cousin gave
me a motherboard
+cpu for my birthday
lol. So 8 years is
a long time for a
computer to work and
so it’s
passing was
expected.Like I
said, I don’t
know that it’s
dead but when you
turn it on you can
hear the fan but
nothing comes on the
screen which could
mean that it’s
the video card which
