What could be worse than a rainy day without electric power? Three days ago, my husband got a call from work to go back to bed because work was interrupted due to power outage. It was of course, good news to spend another day at home from a  2-day weekend.  Westchester county in New York and Fairfield county in Connecticut were without electricity because of the hurricane-like winds that gushed at those areas last weekend. Once again I was asked to be a godparent for a little angel who was just born 3 months ago. March is a very joyous month for us just like December. For one thing, it's the month when winter ends and spring begins. In about  119 days, we are flying off to the Philippines. This is my husband's first visit so we're both excited for summer.
