Banana ice-cream

Ingredients	Quantity
Bananas (large, ripe)	4
Lemon juice	1
Custard	600ml

Peel bananas, pound to a pulp and pass through sieve. Add strainedlemon juice and mix with custard. Freeze in the usual way. If desired add 50mlof cream.

Ingredients Quantity Evaporated milk 600ml Castor sugar 115gms Gelatine 1 tsp Boiling water 1 tbsp Vanilla essence 1 tsp Dissolve gelatine in boiling water. Mix together milk, sugarand gelatine.
