Ministry of Finance ropes in Aamir and Akshay in a documentary on Income Tax

Ministry of Finance ropes in veteran actors Aamir and Akshay, Bollywood’s highest tax payers for a documentary on Income Tax produced by the Income Tax Department.
The aim behind this is to spread among people the message of tax compliance. This is a 20 minute documentary that has narration by veteran Bollywood actor Om Puri and features the gorgeous Priyanka Chopra.
The documentary will be unveiled by Pranab Mukherjee, Finance Minister at the occasion of the first ever Income Tax day celebration which will be celebrated in New Delhi, on 24th of July, 2010.

Priyadarshan’s “Khatta Meetha”, a satirical comedy stars Akshay Kumar and south Indian actress Trisha. It is a remake of Priyadarshan’s 1989 Malayalam film “Velanakalude Nadu”.
