The activity of the YouSayToo.com website is organized, administrated and coordinated by SIA 'Net Management', hereinafter referred to as 'YouSayToo.com'
YouSayToo.com Terms of Use are meant for and binding upon each YouSayToo.com user, irrespective of whether or not they are a registered user of the website. Any usage of the website is interpreted as an acceptance of these Terms of Use.
A User of the YouSayToo.com website is a physical person of age who, on their own or on another person's behalf or assignment, uses the YouSayToo.com website. Using the website is prohibited to minors. Usage of the website is not permitted to minors. 
Each Registered User of YouSayToo.com must bear in mind that using another person's sensitive data in a private User Profile is prohibited. A User must indicate their real name, age, gender and other necessary information. 
By providing another person's e-mail address to YouSayToo.com, a User confirms that the respective person consents to storing their e-mail in the YouSayToo.com according to the Personal Data Protection Law. 
Each Registered YouSayToo.com User is obliged to not disclose their website access data to other persons. 
Each Registered User of YouSayToo.com may have up to 5 User Accounts at one IP address. If a User creates over 5 Accounts from one IP address, the Registered Accounts may be suspended or blocked for a limited or unlimited period of time without warning. If a User must create more than 5 Accounts from one IP address, the User is obliged to write a covering letter to YouSayToo.com administration with a request to allow more than 5 Accounts from the IP address. 
Several persons may not be registered for one Account. The YouSayToo.com website prohibits the creation of so-called 'fake' Accounts, i.e. Accounts where a YouSayToo.com User provides the User Profile with data not about themselves, but about a different (possibly fictional) person, pet, object etc. Upon establishing the existence of such profiles, YouSayToo.com has the right to immediately and without warning suspend or block the 'fake' profiles for a limited or unlimited period of time. 
The following is not allowed for a User avatar, userpic:
- another person's photo;
- If several people are seen in a User's image, the User must indicate themselves (this may be done in the photograph itself or in its subtitle).
- The following restrictions are set for User images and User journal:
- doctored photos including persons for whose display the User does not have the appropriate rights are prohibited;
- Photos, images and videos containing advertisements for whose display the User does not have the appropriate rights are prohibited. Advertisements also include photos, images and videos with the logo of a company or photographic studio;
- photos, images and videos protected by other people's copyright are prohibited;
- photos, images and videos must not be in violation of the regulations of the Republic of Latvia, or reflect unlawful, unnatural or unethical views and activities;
- pornographic and erotic photos, images and videos are forbidden;
- also forbidden are crude and offensive photos, images and videos, or subtitles for such;
- photos, images and videos that depict people using narcotics or alcohol and cigarettes are prohibited;
- YouSayToo.com may ban any photos, images and videos which, in the subjective opinion of YouSayToo.com, may harm someone due to their content or inappropriate form. YouSayToo.com has exclusive competence in determining the compliance of any photos, images and videos with these rules. 
In publishing photos, images, videos, posts, links, their personal information and other data marked as publicly accessible via the YouSayToo.com website, a Registered User agrees that the information will be publicly accessible to any Internet user (i.e. pictures which are accessible to other users may be downloaded into their PC or mobile phone). 
A Registered User of YouSayToo.com may terminate their participation with the YouSayToo.com website as a Registered User, by deleting their Account created at the website.
A Registered User creates their own Journal, writes unique content and has copyrights to that content. If a Registered User uses someone else's content, they are obliged to indicate its source. 
A Registered User may cancel any Post, save it as a draft or publish it. A Registered User may comment on their Post, edit their Post, add it to Memories or delete it. In Gallery-style Posts, a User may add comments both under each image or photo, and below the Post. 
A Registered User may rate other Registered Users' Posts or mark them as spam only once the Registered User reaches a rating of 1+ or higher. Users with a rating below 1+ are obliged to send a link to YouSayToo.com administration using the feedback form on the Contact Us page. 
A Registered User that has created more than one Account is forbidden to rate their own Journals from their Accounts. 
If YouSayToo.com establishes that a Registered User has rated their own Posts from their Accounts, YouSayToo.com may, without any warning, delete or suspend all the Accounts of that Registered User on the website for a limited or unlimited time. 
By publishing photos, images, videos, posts, links, their personal and other information that is marked publicly available at YouSayToo.com, a Registered User agrees that such information will be publicly accessible to any Internet user (i.e. pictures which are accessible to other users may be downloaded into their PC or mobile phone). 
If a Registered User has indicated their Google Adsense ID account or Adsense ID channel, the Registered User will, upon receiving a rating of 1+ or above, receive the right to use the advertising fields offered to them by YouSayToo.com, so that the Google company may place their advertisements in those fields with the Google Adsense ID specified by the Registered User. 50% of the advertisements displayed by Google Adsense at YouSayToo.com belong to YouSayToo.com, while the other 50% of the advertisements displayed by Google Adsense are divided amongst the Registered Users with a rating of 1+ and an Adsense ID account or Adsense ID channel. 
Registered Users must create their own Adsense ID accounts and Adsense ID channels. 
If a Registered User's rating has dropped below 1+, the Registered User automatically loses the right to use the advertising spaces offered by YouSayToo.com, and agrees that, until their rating reaches 1+ or up, such advertising fields will display Google Adsense advertisements with the YouSayToo.com Adsense ID. 
The amount of advertisements displayed is directly dependent upon a Registered User's rating, which in turn is composed of their Post rating. Registered Users who create more than one profile are prohibited from rating their journals from their own profiles. 
If a Registered User with a rating of 1+ or higher has not indicated their Google Adsense ID account or Adsense ID Channel, such advertising fields will display Google Adsense advertisements with the YouSayToo.com Adsense ID. 
Advertisements are placed on each webpage where there is at least one Post, after each first, fifth and ninth Post. A User may see the percentage of the total number of advertisements overall displayed with their own Adsense ID or Adsense ID Channel and the number of times their advertisements have appeared on the website in last 24 hours. 
YouSayToo.com prohibits the Users from clicking through the advertisements placed by Google Adsense many times with ill intent, as well as from trying to persuade other Users to click through the advertisements placed by Google Adsense many times. 
YouSayToo.com does not conduct any financial operations with the Registered Users. All money transfers for the advertisements displayed and placed using the Adsense IDs or Adsense ID Channels of the Registered Users are executed by the Google Company. YouSayToo.com does not bear any responsibility for the activities of the Google Company. 
YouSayToo.com does not bear any responsibility and does not guarantee that the advertisements placed by Google Adsense will be displayed continuously, without interruption or damage. 
YouSayToo.com has the right to suspend or block the accounts of the Users registered on the website and/or such Users' data for a limited or unlimited period of time at its own discretion, including suspension without prior notice, without indicating the reason for the suspension or blocking. 
The Terms of Use of the YouSayToo.com website are envisaged for and binding upon any User of the YouSayToo.com website, whether or not they are a Registered User of the website. The use of the website is deemed compliant with the Terms of Use. 
Registered Users have the right to use the YouSayToo.com website commercially only for the purpose of gaining profit from Google Adsense advertisements, using their Google Adsense ID account or Adsense ID Channel. It is prohibited for a User to use the YouSayToo.com website for other commercial purposes without the consent of YouSayToo.com 
Every User of YouSayToo.com is fully responsible for any information they place or use on the website. Users also bear full responsibility for the consequences (including legal ones) arising from their activities or inaction. Users are obliged to compensate to YouSayToo.com losses which may result from their activities or inaction. 
It is prohibited to place or use at the YouSayToo.com website:
- information (including video and audio materials) which in the result either affects or violates the intellectual property rights (copyright etc.) of third persons;
- information which affects a person's dignity, esteem, race and/or sex and/or sexual equality, or which could be considered religious or racist propaganda;
- information which promotes acts of violence or other illegal activities, or which rouses hatred between the users and other kinds of hatred;
- information which is impolite, offensive, vulgar, abusive or otherwise inflammatory;
- information which contains or describes computer viruses
- information established in order to harm or modify the operation (safety) of the YouSayToo.com database, design, electronic communications software;
- information which has the features of surrogate mail (junk mail, spam, chain letter) or unauthorized advertising;
- information which is pornographic or excessively erotic;
- information associated with weapons, drugs or gambling in any way;
- Any other information which affects or may affect the normal operation and safety of the YouSayToo.com website.
If the placement of prohibited information is discovered, YouSayToo.com has the right to delete the prohibited information, as well as to suspend the account of the person placing that information, or block it for a limited or unlimited period of time. 
The Users are obliged to inform immediately about the prohibited information placed by other Users on YouSayToo.com, marking that information as spam. 
A Registered User with the rating 1+ or higher may mark such information as spam under the Registered User's post, while other Users with a rating below 1+ are obliged to send a link to YouSayToo.com administration using the feedback form on the Contact Us page. 
The Users of YouSayToo.com must treat one another with respect and understanding. If there is impoliteness, one must reply politely or not reply at all. 
Users must immediately inform on Users whose behaviour is crude and impolite. 
If crude or impolite behaviour is observed, YouSayToo.com has the right to suspend the account of the person placing that information, or block it for a limited or unlimited period of time. 
The User has the right to place on the YouSayToo.com website such photographs to which they do not have author's property rights only if the person possessing the relevant author's property rights has given consent for the placement of the relevant photographs. 
It is prohibited for the Users of YouSayToo.com to conduct illegal activities or inactions using the website's functionality. Both criminal and administrative offences are deemed illegal activities. 
A User of YouSayToo.com must do everything possible in order to ensure the protection of the legal interests of YouSayToo.com against all claims or complaints by third persons filed against YouSayToo.com and associated in any way with the use of the website by the relevant User. 
In any case, YouSayToo.com does not bear any responsibility for information placed or used by the Users of YouSayToo.com and the consequences (including legal ones) arising from the placement or sending of such information. 
YouSayToo.com does not bear any responsibility for the losses and damage suffered by a User or a third party on the YouSayToo.com website and/or as a result of using the information or services existing there. 
YouSayToo.com is not responsible for website accessibility, communications between the website users, any technical problems in the website operation, and changes in website Users' account data as a result of unauthorized activities by other persons. 
All the website activities (including services available thereon) are provided 'as is', without any additional guarantees by YouSayToo.com 
YouSayToo.com has the right to modify the website, introduce paid services, use information published by the Users (except personal data, IP address, e-mail, Adsense ID Channel or Account, correspondence with other Users) for commercial purposes without informing the website Users about it in advance. 
All the intellectual property rights to the YouSayToo.com website belong exclusively to YouSayToo.com. 
If these rights are violated, the relevant person is held responsible according to the law and fully responsible for all the losses suffered by YouSayToo.com and third persons in this connection. 
YouSayToo.com has the right to change these Terms of Use at any time and at its own discretion. Changes to the Terms of Use are published at the YouSayToo.com website. A User's duty is to personally follow changes to the Terms of Use. Ignorance of the Terms of Use does not free Users from responsibility. Each session at the website is deemed performed with knowledge, understanding and acceptance of the latest Terms of Use.
This agreement is compiled in Latvian and English. In cases of contradiction, the Latvian text has legal priority. 
The Parties shall resolve any disputes and conditions not stipulated in the Agreement by means of negotiations. Should no agreement be reachable through negotiation, arguments arising between the Parties shall be resolved at court in the manner prescribed in the applicable legislation of the Republic of Latvia, by lodging a complaint to a competent court institution at the Republic of Latvia according to the Company�s legal office.
