1 – Mosquito
The females of most mosquito species suck blood (hematophagy) from other animals, which has made them the most deadly disease vector known, killing millions of people over thousands of years and continuing to kill millions per year by the spread of diseases.
2 – Naja Snakes
All species in the genus Naja are capable of delivering a fatal bite in a human. Most species have strongly neurotoxic venom, which attacks the nervous system, causing paralysis, but many also have hemotoxic features which causes swelling, necrosis and has a significant anticoagulant effect.
3 – Box jellyfish
Box jellyfish venom is the most deadly in the animal kingdom and has caused at least 5,567 recorded deaths since 1954.

5 – Lion
The lion's proclivity for man-eating has been systematically examined. American and Tanzanian scientists report that man-eating behavior in rural areas of Tanzania increased greatly from 1990 to 2005.
6 – Saltwater Crocodile
The saltwater crocodile is an opportunistic apex predator capable of taking animals up to the size of an adult male water buffalo, either in the water or on dry land.
7 – Elephant
Despite its popularity in zoos, and cuddly portrayal as gentle giants in fiction, elephants are among the world's most potentially dangerous animals. They can experience unexpected bouts of rage, and can be vindictive. In India elephants kills up to 200 humans every year, and in Sri Lanka around 50 per year.
8 – Polar Bear
The polar bear is the most carnivorous member of the bear family and the largest predator that lives on land.
9 – African Buffalo
Known as "Black Death" in Africa, the African Buffalo is widely regarded as a very dangerous animal, as it gores and kills several people every year. Buffalo are sometimes reported to kill more people in Africa than any other animal, although the same claim is sometimes made of Hippopotamuses, Crocodiles or Bees. Buffalo are notorious among big game hunters as very dangerous animals, with wounded animals reported to ambush and attack pursuers.
10 – Golden Dart Frog
The Golden Poison Frog or the Golden Dart Frog, is a poison dart frog endemic to the Pacific coast of Colombia. This frog, as well as other poison dart frogs are not poisonous when in captivity. It is in the wild where they are in fact poisonous because of what they eat.
