For quite sometime I'm using this site to post the videos that I enjoy. I like it a lot because it's very easy to post videos from your browser toolbar. You only have to click the magnify "bookmartlet" (a bookmark link) and it will bring you to the submission page, and will pass along the address of the video you were watching. On the most popular video hosting services, it will automatically grab the necessary embed tags and thumbnail image; on other sites, it may be needed to enter some of this information yourself.

The good thing is that you can have a video blog very easily posted and you can choose a design for it and place your adsense or any other ads. There's a lot of interesting options that you can explore. The better thing to do is, if you're interested, to look at these adresses:

One interesting thing, also, is that you can configure your blog to allow other people to post there. You will have the option to allow everybody or speciffic persons to post and review and as administrater you can only make the posts visible after you approoved them. It also allows you to make friends.
