The Ethical Fashion Award 2008, part of the Love London festival, is a showcase for upcoming ethical designers still in further education. More than 200 guests attended the fashion show hosted by the TV presenter Joanna Yarrow. The winning team, the Urbanites, comprising Nicole Da Silva and Phong Nguyen from Hackney Community College, made a short wedding dress.
