Now, this is actually very interesting. I've been observing the news regarding this for some time. The official version is that the satellite has malfunctioned and now represents a danger to us. They say It is carrying highly toxic rocket fuel.
That was the official version which I don't believe for a second. I find it strange that the U.S are ready to spend $60 million just to shoot down a satellite. The more believable version is that the U.S want to test their anti-satellite weapons just like China did last year. This is actually what China is saying about this.
Russia is also not very trusting about this idea saying this is an attempt to move the arms race into space. They are backing it up saying the U.S has been evading negotiations of the limitation of arms race in space.
So what is it about? Harmless prevention of poisoning or missile testing? It can be both.

I really doubt what america tells about this issue of shooting down the satelite. I really think the real reason behind it may be they want to test their missiles are really working or not. that may be the real reason.
well who's fault is this.it's the us of course of putting it there in the first place..yeah maybe some secret agenda is hidden like preparing for world war 3 in starwars-like situation
