NATO Ships in the Black Sea

Things are getting more and more interesting.

I'm talking about NATO ships i the black sea. There are 9 of them carrying more then 100 tomahawk and Harpoon. As many know Tomahawk missiles are capable of carrying nuclear changes. The fleet is delivering humanitarian aid to Georgia. However I doubt that Russia is thrilled having NATO ships armed with nuclear missiles near its borders. I don't understand why warships deliver humanitarian aid in the first place.

We all better hope that no side decides to do something stupid including Georgia.

If you beleve the news, Geogian army is already gathering around South Ossetia again and it's a possibily that with NATO ships in the black sea can give Saakashvili a feeling that this time Russia won't intervene when he attacks South Ossetia again.

In the World equipped with so much weapon and with high possibility of a human error, there is a tiny step between cold and hot war.

there are safety measures to prevent human error from occurring. There are codes, buttons, levers and God (and high govt officials) knows what else a person needs to do to launch a nuke. It's not like int he Cuban missile crisis when a Colonel in charge could launch the missiles.

truthfully I'm not worried about the nuclear war. I see it as a test. Can we or can we not live together in peace, if we can then it won't happen. If we can't, we can't.

I lived some 100 kilometers from Chernobyl. Several of my friends died from radiation. It is terrible thing to die from. You almost have no a single chance. I do wish that even to my worse enemies.

then it's essential that governments get along, especially those governments that have the power to destroy the planet.
