I call these series of photos Lights. These are candles at very low shutter speed. One day I was on the beach, taking photos as usual and after the sun went down people took lots of candles and put the near the water in a line. From a distance it looked like the beach was on fire. By the time i got close enough to take some shots it was already dark and it was a perfect time to make such photos.
Here you can see the candles right under the lights.
I also discovered that while driving and a high speed at night where there are no additional light, only from your headlights and other cars I could make very nice photos. When I saw a car in front of me making a turn(yellow light), braking(bright red light) on driving towards me (white) I took photos and these were the results.

These are light poles at 100 kmh or 60 mph
I was in my car, it was late and raining so I turned the windshield wipers off and made this photo.
