I've always been fascinated by the personality types of people. Now I can truly observe and identify the types of anyone. Not only does this theory answer the questions about the behavior of your friends, spouses, bosses, etc... It also enables you to actually predict what a person will do in any given circumstance. And last but certainally not least it is a tool for self improvement.
