The expensive cake was created by cake designers Nahid La Patisserie Artistique along with jewelers Mimi So. These people and their bodyguards brought out the cake for the first time at the Luxury Bridal Show on Rodeo Drive of Beverly Hills in 2006.Both exclusive and invaluable jewls are decked on the cake.
