Wow, I must admit I'm amazed this blog has gotten this popular. To be honest I thought it would be a fire and forget deal, I'd do it for maybe a week then quit,

People nowadays are fat as fuck. Now we gotta fix that. Weightlifting is key. honestly there is no better or faster way to get into shape than weight training. But how should you lift?!? Well you do want a slow rep. No, they weren't lying in high school. Many trainers advise a rep that takes a count of, "one, and-a two, and-a three" up and down. Also, FLEX THE FUCK OUT OF YOUR MUSCLE AT THE TOP OF THE REP. If you flex right, you practically don't need weights, but yea, you still do. By the way, the number of reps matters as well. To achieve this variation in reps, you need a good weight set
