100% Cacao Chocolate

Back a while ago, I was gloating about finding 90% cacao chocolate, calling it "the primal chocolate, the ur-chocolate. The omni-chocolate." Oh how foolish and wrong I was!

I've found 100% cacao chocolate. This is the blackest chocolate - chocolate in its purest, darkest form . First bite is all bitter, then the chocolate flavour rolls up, coating your tongue, making your mouth water from the tart bitterness. There is not even a suggestion of sweetness here. The taste of chocolate embeds itself into your tastebuds and stays there for hours. It an intense and powerful flavour. I love it.

This only strengthens my fatwa against non-dark chocolate!
